Responsibilities Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks with accuracy and efficiency. Manage cash handling responsibilities, ensuring proper cash management, debits & credits processing, and adherence to security protocols to prevent fraud. Assist customers with account inquiries & product information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to enhance their banking experience. Maintain compliance with all bank policies and procedures related to fraud prevention and detection while safeguarding customer information. Support relationship management efforts by building rapport with clients, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term loyalty. Utilize financial software and perform 10 key typing tasks efficiently to ensure accurate record-keeping and transaction processing. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse situations. Proficiency in basic math to accurately handle cash transactions and account adjustments. Ability to operate bank software platforms.
