Teller Full-Time Bicknell 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Accept deposits and accurately process routine transactions including loan payments. Redeem savings bonds and Sell money orders and cashier checks. Prepare cash transaction report. Process night deposits and Process mail deposits Order foreign currency and Wrap and count coins. Assist customers with any questions or problems they may have. Inform customers of bank products. Balance teller drawer, Process holds and Scan proof work. ATM / balance ATM, process paperwork, resolve issues. Access STAR system to enter ATM cards and check for problems. Backup on cash vault responsibilities, Open / close vault and Assist with alarm testing. Open bank/ security walk through when needed. Process cash advance, balance cash advance machine.

Accurately process routine transactions. Inform customers of bank products. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic computer operation and data entry. Ability to operate a variety of automated and standard office equipment. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Performance Expectations Efficient, accurate and responsive customer service. Maintenance of acceptable annual outages consistent with bank standards. Working knowledge of bank products and referral of cross-selling opportunities. Accurate scanning of proof documents. Successful collection of fees for bank products and services. Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Punctual and regular attendance.
