Job Description
Titan Armored is seeking an experienced Vault Manager to lead the daily operations of our secure cash vault. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing cash processing, developing employees, maintaining the highest levels of security and accountability, and ensuring exceptional service for our customers. Important Expectations This is an armed, security-sensitive leadership position . The Vault Manager is expected to obtain and maintain all required state firearms permits, licenses, guard cards, and Titan Armored firearms qualifications. This position requires strict adherence to company security procedures and the ability to safely carry a firearm while on duty. What You'll Do As Vault Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of the cash vault while ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient processing of customer funds. Primary Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Vault Clerks, Lead Vault Tellers, and other cash operations employees. Oversee daily cash processing, balancing, reconciliation, and vault operations. Prioritize workflow to ensure customer deadlines and operational objectives are met. Coach, mentor, and develop employees while promoting accountability and teamwork. Maintain a safe, secure work environment and enforce all cash-handling and security procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology, equipment, and operational best practices. Maintain exceptional customer service through operational excellence and communication. Assist with branch operations and support the Branch Manager in achieving operational goals. Participate in inventory audits, loss investigations, and security reviews as needed. Working hours are generally Monday through Friday and are driven by customer needs and branch operations. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. Don't Meet Every Qualification?
