Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Teller/CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments Verify and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift Provide information about bank products and services to customers Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently Ensure accuracy in all transactions and compliance with bank policies and procedures Assist customers with account-related inquiries such as balance inquiries and account statements Uphold confidentiality and security standards to safeguard customer information. Identify and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud to the banking center manager. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required Cash handling or sales experience preferred. Prior Customer Service experience preferred
