Provide guidance and support to teller staff, and manages and controls vault and ATM. Successful candidates must make a professional appearance, be enthusiastic, dependable and service-minded. They will also share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed. What you'll do: Receive and process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; as well as sell money orders, cashier's checks etc. to members. All while providing member service to the level "We Promise" to our members. Schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of teller staff. Provide guidance, training and development of staff, answer complex questions, and help to resolve disputes. Manage, balance, and audit ATM, vault cash, and other negotiable instruments. Cross-sell Credit Union products and services. Balance cash drawers and daily transactions.
