The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining accurate records. As a Teller, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the bank, ensuring that all customer needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. Responsibilities Provide a friendly, accurate, knowledgeable and professional customer experience Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently in adherence to bank policies and regulations such as cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, transfers, and issuing monetary instruments Responsible for maintenance on accounts such as address changes, name changes, activation of accounts, and reissue of debit cards Educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions that enhance the customer experience Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision. Identify potential fraud through vigilant monitoring of transactions and reporting any suspicious activities. Perform retail math calculations to ensure accuracy in transactions and balances.
