Required availability:
Monday
  • Thursday, 8:30am
  • 5:30pm; Friday, 9:00am

Generous holiday and paid time off schedule Employer-paid short-term / long-term disability; Life and AD&D policy 401k Medical, Dental, Vision Education Assistance Program Professional development program Health Incentive Qualifications Excellent customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent Cash handling experience required Ability to multi-task on a computer Complete applicant screening within company policy; background check, credit check, and drug screen Responsibilities Responsible for comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer transactions Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances Promotes and explains other bank services. Cross-sells bank services such as safe deposit boxes, credit cards, etc. Receives consumer loan and other payments from customers ensuring that bank criteria for accepting such payments are met Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds, when applicable Issues money orders, stop payments and cashes U.S. Savings Bonds Balances cash drawer at the end of the shift and reports any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary Ensures that the teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc. Reports malfunctions of teller terminals and other equipment used at the teller station Is responsible for checking night depository bags and recording proper information on the bank's forms Operates within compliance rules and standards Performs other duties as required Employee's are required to maintain a valid driver's license and provide own reliable transportation. This position may require travel within the Bank's footprint occasionally. Any offer of employment will require applicant screening. Prescreens consist of background screening, drug screening, and credit check.
