Job Title:
Bank Teller Supervisor:
Head Teller Job Summary:
The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent math skills. Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity. Excellent computer skills Thorough understanding of customer service. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred. Cashier experience or student staff member of high school branch desirable. Must be able to lift as much as 15 pounds at times. May need to stand for long periods of time. Cape Ann Savings Bank is an equal opportunity employer. Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Maintain accurate records of debits and credits while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Utilize financial software to process transactions efficiently. Identify opportunities for upselling financial products and services to enhance customer relationships.
