Position Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Bank Teller to provide exceptional customer service while handling routine financial transactions and member inquiries. This position is responsible for supporting daily branch operations, processing transactions accurately, and educating members on available banking products and services to create a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process member transactions accurately using the CBX system. Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine account transactions. Respond to member questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and solution-focused manner. Provide information regarding banking products and services, including loans, business accounts, and fiduciary accounts. Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily with a high level of accuracy. Process credit card advances, money orders, cashier's checks, and additional financial transactions in accordance with company procedures. Research and resolve member account issues by collaborating with internal departments as needed. Support additional branch locations when coverage is required. Participate in company-sponsored community and outreach events. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of banking, financial institution, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Occasional travel to other branch locations may be required. Work Environment This position works in a professional branch and office environment with regular interaction with customers, team members, and internal departments. #INDWEST
