Full-Time Teller

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone Build strong, lasting customer relationships through personalized service Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions Maintain and balance a cash drawer Assist customers with debit cards, online banking, and other digital services Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services Protect the privacy and security of customer information Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Fill in at other branch locations as needed Perform additional duties as assigned What We Value Community

• we value long-term relationships, trust, and the principles that guide strong families and businesses Qualifications Previous cash handling experience preferred Basic computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset Customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Additional Requirements Must be able to successfully pass a background check Hours 38-40 hours per week Typical hours are anywhere between 7:30am•5:00pm Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm.
