Duties & Responsibilities:
Frontline Service with Purpose As a Teller, you will be the welcoming face of CommunityAmerica, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions. You'll build trust, answer questions, and support Members in reaching their financial goals through: Member-Centered Service - Greet each Member with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions that meet them where they are on their financial journey. Relationship-Driven Service Delivery - Connect Members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.
Requirements:
What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor's degree may substitute for experience Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems Why CommunityAmerica?
