Health Care Family Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Teller to provide exceptional service to our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and communities we serve. ✨
Key Responsibilities:
Provide account services including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and processing night/mail deposits Greet and assist members in person and by phone with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Refer members to additional products and services that align with their financial goals Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily teller transactions Support general branch operations and perform other duties as assigned
Schedule & Availability:
This is a part-time position averaging 25-28 hours per week .
Regular Hours :
Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (sometime 12:40-5:40)
Saturday Rotation :
Required on occasion; 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM ✅
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A commitment to delivering outstanding member service Why Join HCFCU?
