Responsibilities:

Accept deposits, loan payments, and process cash withdrawals. Balance cash drawer in accordance with bank procedures and regulations. Answer customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper department for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller line. Build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction. Process additional products including Official Bank Checks and Personal Money Orders. Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Comply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Skills:

High school diploma required Previous Teller experience preferred Previous cash handling experience preferred Strong customer service skills
