Job Description

Holdrege, Nebraska Schedule:
Part time up to 28 hours per week Monday through Friday, bank hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, What You'll Do- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, money orders, cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and savings bonds.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering customer questions and sharing account information when appropriate.
- Connect customers with the right team members for additional assistance, products, or services.
- Verify and post night deposits, daily business deposits, mail deposits, and ATM bags in a timely manner.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support onsite ATM maintenance and daily branch operations.
- Work toward Corporate, department, and personal Home Stars goals.
- Follow BSA/AML responsibilities, including accurate CTR and SAR awareness and reporting.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support the branch and customer experience. What We're Looking For
