Job Description
Sharefax Credit Union, Inc. is one of Southwestern Ohio's most outstanding and progressive financial institutions. Founded in 1960, our not-for-profit, full service credit union has grown to over $750 million in assets and serves more than 33,000 members. As a state chartered credit union, we provide a full range of products for individuals and small businesses throughout 12 counties in Southwestern Ohio. Sharefax Credit Union, Inc. is seeking a full-time Teller to join the Lebanon team. $500 1 year bonus
Schedule:
Mon-Thursday 8:40-5:30 Friday 8:10-5:30 Saturday 8:55-12:30- minimum of 2 Saturdays per month Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional member service and determine the nature of the member's request
- Interact with members in person and over the phone
- Open new accounts when member services is unavailable
- Cross-sell products and services
- Balance the currency at the end of each business day
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Cash handling
