What You Will Do Provide service support to members in a manner that is professional, friendly and compliant with all regulations, policies and procedures. In doing so, the Teller will recommend and refer services to Members that best fit their financial needs. Duties include but are not limited to accepting and accurately processing all financial service transactions while maintaining responsibility for balancing a cash drawer; assisting our members with a variety of deposit-related transactions including cashing checks, applying deposits, making loan payments and updating member records; promoting the credit union through exceptional service. Tellers will use various computer applications and web-based programs to process transactions and solve problems. What We Need from You Ideal candidates will have a member-first attitude and value all people. Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to members and have a passion for delivering top-notch service. They must also be punctual, dependable and demonstrate the ability to earn trust and respect by acting with honesty and professionalism.
Additional employee expectations:
Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred Digitally savvy; ability to work with Windows PC and multiple web-based applications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking software is a plus.
