  • 6:15 p.m. Saturdays 8:45 a.m.
  • 1:15 p.m. (Part-time employees are scheduled for 21
  • 29 hours per week) Role Support members with financial transactions, including cash-handling and negotiable instruments.
Deliver quality service, build professional relationships, provide account information and account/loan maintenance, and resolve or refer issues as needed. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties. Major Duties and Responsibilities Weight Description Essential 55% Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. 20% Identify members' needs and promote and cross-sell credit union products and services. 15% Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service. 10% Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks, including typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
