•Full-Time Member Specialist Edmond Branch Monday -

Friday:

8-hour shift between 7:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.

Saturdays:

8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Role Responsible for providing excellent member service experience across multiple service channels, including telephone, digital, lobby, drive-thru, and teller services. Assists members and potential members with financial transactions, account inquiries, account maintenance, and a wide variety of products and services. Identifies member needs and recommends appropriate financial solutions that may improve the member's financial well-being. Courteously and promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers them to the appropriate department. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job. Major Duties and Responsibilities Weight Description 55% Provides professional and courteous assistance to members across telephone, online, video, and in-person service channels while accurately processing member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, money orders, and VISA gift cards. Maintains responsibility for balancing the cash drawer and daily transaction activity in accordance with established procedures. 25% Conducts new account functions, including share, share draft, IRAs and certificates; explains various account and ownership options, providing the necessary counseling to meet member's needs and obtains the required information and documentation. Prepares all documents and paperwork; assists members with completing forms. Prepares and reviews all new account documentation for accuracy and compliance, forwarding to auditing in a timely manner. 20% Identify members' needs and promote and cross-sell credit union products and services. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
