Job Summary Responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling routine financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, maintain security standards, and promote the Credit Unions' products and services. Responsibilities Assist members with banking transactions including cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management. Engage in sales activities, including upselling banking products and services to meet customer needs. Maintain and strengthen member relationships through effective relationship management strategies. Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious activity. Utilize financial software for transaction processing, record keeping, and reporting purposes. Perform basic math calculations accurately Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Support compliance with regulations and internal policies during all operations. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong numerical and communication skills. Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work under pressure. Proficient with computers and basic banking software. Prior cash-handling or customer service experience is highly desirable.
