• Branch Part-Time Teller Summary Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the "Branch Full-Time Teller" position will efficiently process a variety of customer transactions, while providing the highest level of service.

This includes providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service while adhering to bank teller policy and procedure guidelines. Bank tellers must maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times. They must also obtain the ability to build customer relationships to identify products and services to meet the customer's banking needs. A strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality are required. Essential Functions Must be able to work Monday

• Friday Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast
• paced environment Maintain a balanced cash drawer while adhering to policies and procedures Counting and packaging currency Greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer
• focused environment Promoting the banks products and services Responding to customer inquiries and concerns; researching and identifying solutions Cooperates with other office staff to answer company phones.

Required Skills/Abilities Professional excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Time-management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations Strong work ethic and high integrity Strong computer and 10 key skills Outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality Education and Experience At least 6 months of cash handling experience in retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience. Experience with banking products and procedures preferred. Spanish as a first or second language is preferred.
