Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller)

Part-time positions (approx. 20 - 29 hrs/wk) available in our Gallitzin office.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must successfully complete an introductory training course and comprehension test.

Duties :

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties while adhering to Bank policies and procedures, and to regulations. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing exceptional service to all customers. Performing teller transactions of receiving deposits, cashing checks, verifying amounts and endorsements. Processing loan payments and opening new accounts. Balancing currency, coin, and checks in teller drawer. Explaining and promoting products and services.
