This position combines teller work with account openings. A teller is the first point of contact with our customers visiting the bank. Tellers perform a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the community office such as: Accepts deposits, loan payments, and utility bill payments Cashes checks Processes night deposits and mail deposits Prepares daily settlement and proof of cash transactions; balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently on a daily basis Customer Service Rep Duties include: Responsible for the opening and processing of new accounts Answering various customer inquiries Performing various administrative duties.
Requirements Education/Training:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Skill(s) : Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills; demonstrated problem-solving aptitude; proficient eye-hand coordination; moderate computer skills; moderate typing and word processing skills; ability to operate a variety of office equipment; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift approximately fifty (50) lbs. of coin; visual and auditory skills.
Experience:
