Video Banking Tellers assist customers with transactions via Dollar Bank's network of Personal Teller Machines. Working from our Strip District office, this platform connects the Teller with customers and allows them to remotely conduct virtually any type of teller banking transaction. Video Banking Tellers work a rotating schedule and should expect to be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma/GED required.Certificate, Licenses and Registration Requirements:
N/A Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least six months of customer service experience; teller experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and professional manner required. Must be a highly motivated self-starter. Proficient computer skills and a good math aptitude are required.Essential Functions:
Process transactions through the teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and promote Dollar Bank products and services and effectively refer customers to appropriate team members when needed. Act with confidence by helping customers with their questions and take initiative while using sound judgment in decision making and problem resolution. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing quality service with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and a willingness to always help. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program.
