FULL TIME TELLER II
to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing daily banking transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, cash handling, and sales techniques to promote banking products and services. The Teller II will play a vital role in fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring the security of financial transactions. Responsibilities Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner. Self-directed to find side work and be productive between member interactions. Strong interpersonal skills with service-oriented focus. Understands the correlation between personal actions, service execution, and members' expectations. Operates a cash drawer accurately, balances daily transactions, reviews and accepts checks within established policy guidelines, and prepares daily transaction items for storage or processing. Provides a full range of services to members including but not limited to: Answer/transfer phone calls Respond to member inquiries Analyze needs and assist members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs Cross sell credit union products Process member transactions Process member requests for account updates and closures Address concerns with member accounts Complete transactions on members accounts including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, check cashing, and updating accounts Issue, print, block, and assist with disputes on debit cards Provide account status, including current balances and loan pay-offs Promptly attempt to resolve issues and problems with members accounts Demonstrates sound judgment and a strong working knowledge of all First Watch FCU policies, procedures, and guidelines as they relate to personal appearance, performance, member service, teller operations, and all job functions including compliance with all BSA, AML, Identification, Patriot Act, and NCUA requirements as they relate to member and non-member interaction. Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly. Keeps management informed of area activities and any significant problems or concerns. Ability to learn and communicate the basics of Credit Union products and services including eligibility for membership, types of accounts, interest and dividend rates, locations, office hours and telephone numbers. Ability to work within a multi-tasked environment. Maintains satisfactory attendance which includes working scheduled shifts and arriving on time to ensure branch coverage. Available to work assigned hours Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and occasional Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Location of work may vary based on business needs. Performs all other duties as assigned and approved by Branch and Executive Management including but not limited to reports, projects, and operational and manual tasks.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE
Ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to present a professional and personable image that communicates to members and visitors that the credit union is a professional financial institution. Ability to interpret various instructions. Intermediate mathematical skills required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; ability to reach above your head. Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists. hands, and/or fingers. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Requirements Proven experience in financial sales, customer relationship management, or retail banking preferred Cash handling procedures Knowledge of financial software systems used for transaction processing and account management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques and security measures in banking operations Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in banking or finance is a plus.
