? High school diploma or GED required ? Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc. ? Basic computer skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel ? Service-oriented and professional communication skills ? Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication ? Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems ? Previous customer-facing work experience, preferred ? Cash handling experience, preferred ? A patient and accommodating team player, producing highly precise and accurate work What you'll do as theTeller:
- Execute transactions and other services with precision and efficiency
- Foster customer loyalty through personalized service and needs assessment
- Protect bank assets by diligently identifying potential fraud and adhering to security and compliance protocols
- Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge on bank products, procedures, services, and technology to enhance the customer experience
