Job Description
Essential Responsibilities Teller Accurate paying and receiving of customers' funds Maintain cash drawer within policy limits Adhere to security and operational policies Assist with balancing the vault and ATM as needed GPOD branch capture daily run Customer service Assist with general customer service issues as needed Debit card maintenance: Limit changes, out of the country changes, re-orders, hot cards, etc Complete and process wire transfers Online banking inquiries and troubleshooting Balance inquires Telephone transfers Stop payments Skills Requires good verbal and written communication skills. Must exhibit a high level of integrity and exercise good judgement. Time management, problem solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work with other lines of businesses within the bank. Mental concentration is required to perform concurrent tasks and meet deadlines while tolerating frequent interruptions. Position requires standing for most of the work-day, and requires lifting, carrying, or moving heavy boxes or bags of currency and coin weighing up to 60 pounds.
