00 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description Energy One Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, accurate, and service-oriented Spanish/English Bilingual Teller to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This position serves as a primary point of contact for members and is responsible for processing routine financial transactions, balancing a cash drawer, answering account-related questions, and delivering outstanding service in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members professionally and provide a welcoming branch experience. Verify customer identity, signatures, account information, and transaction details to help prevent fraud and ensure transaction accuracy. Resolve questions and provide accurate information about products/services. Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing, in accordance with policies and procedures. Support sales and service goals by identifying customer needs and making appropriate referrals for additional products or services, when applicable (no high-pressure sales). Maintain complete and accurate member records. Follow branch security procedures, internal controls, and all applicable policies. Assist with branch operations, including balancing, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of cash handling, customer service, retail banking, or teller experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand both English and Spanish proficiently. Clear communication, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency. Reliable, professional, and member-focused. Basic computer and data entry skills. Tellers commonly use computers and software to record transactions.
