You'll be: Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and reconciling transactions at the end of each day Promoting bank products and services, assisting customers with account inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC regulations Assisting in identifying and reporting suspicious activity or potential fraud Collaborating with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service levels Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in finance or business is preferred Possess previous experience in a customer service or banking role (a plus) Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Are proficient in basic computer applications and banking software Can pass a background check and comply with all regulatory requirements What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
