Job Summary A1 Check Cashers is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-oriented Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling cash, assisting customers, processing financial transactions accurately, and following established verification and security procedures. Duties Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service. Process check-cashing transactions and other available financial services according to company procedures. Assist customers with money transfers, money orders, bill payments, and prepaid card services. Verify customer identification and transaction information accurately. Handle cash responsibly, maintain an accurate cash drawer, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Follow company policies, security procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate transaction records and complete required documentation. Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and professional. Identify and report suspicious transactions or discrepancies to management. Qualifications Previous check cashing, cash-handling, cashier, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills. Honest, dependable, punctual, and professional. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential customer information responsibly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn company procedures and financial transaction systems.
