Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Bank Teller to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients while accurately processing a variety of banking transactions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong cash‑handling abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining precise financial records. As a Bank Teller , you will play a key role in building positive customer relationships, supporting daily branch operations, and ensuring full compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Service — Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, answering questions and assisting with transactions. Transaction Processing — Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail. Account Support — Assist customers with account maintenance, product information, and basic troubleshooting. Compliance — Follow all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Technology Use — Utilize banking software, digital tools, and 10‑key typing to complete daily tasks efficiently. Team Collaboration — Work closely with branch staff to maintain smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent ; additional education in finance or banking is a plus. Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred. Strong communication skills , both verbal and written. Proficient computer skills and comfort using banking software and technology. 10‑key typing experience required. Strong work ethic , high integrity, and an outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours ,_ including Saturdays _. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
