Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Bank Teller to assist customers with their everyday banking needs. The Bank Teller will process financial transactions accurately, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other banking transactions accurately. Balance cash drawer daily and report any discrepancies. Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate employee when additional assistance is needed. Identify customer needs and make referrals for bank products and services. Follow all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned. Maintain a clean and professional teller area. Performa other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cash-handling or customer service preferred. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to work well with customers and coworkers. Must be able to successfully complete all required background and pre-employment screenings.
Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 42.0 per week
