Duties Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Ensuring cash drawer integrity and proper balancing at the end of each shift. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, and guiding them through banking services with enthusiasm. Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and adhering to financial compliance standards. Maintain detailed records of all transactions using banking software and industry-standard systems while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Manage cash handling procedures, including cash management, debits and credits processing, and 10-Key typing accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or retail sales with a passion for helping people. Basic math skills including retail math, banking math, and the ability to perform accurate calculations quickly. Familiarity with cash drawer handling, processing cash transactions, and cashiering procedures. Ability to adhere to banking regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices for security and confidentiality.
