Responsibilities Handle daily cash transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash handling procedures Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through banking products and services Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and adhering to financial compliance standards Maintain accurate records using banking software and Microsoft Office tools, including balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective relationship management strategies, fostering trust and loyalty Skills Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport and trust Proficiency in processing cash transactions, cashiering, and cash drawer handling with high attention to detail Ability to perform basic math accurately using retail math skills, including debits & credits and 10-key typing Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members Join us in delivering top-tier financial services with enthusiasm!
