Job Description

This role is responsible for providing product information to existing and prospective customers; assisting customers with determining products that best serve their needs; opening and closing depository accounts, CDs and IRAs; opening and closing safe deposit boxes; and tracking dormant accounts. You will be responsible for accepting deposits and making withdrawals for checking, savings, and commercial accounts; transferring funds; selling cashiers checks; balancing cash drawer daily; answering questions regarding accounts; proofing terminal input.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in banking, customer service, or lending support. Strong knowledge of banking products and services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Salary based upon experience.
