We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teller Supervisor to lead our front-line banking team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of teller operations, and hands-on experience with ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) technology is preferred. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily teller operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Lead, train, and motivate tellers to meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer service Oversee ITM transactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper usage and maintenance of ITM systems Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with banking policies and security protocols Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct regular audits and reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy and accountability Assist in implementing new banking products, services, and technology enhancements Support banking centers in achieving operational goals
Skills and Qualifications:
