Job Description
Benchmark Community Bank is seeking to hire an outgoing and service-oriented Teller for our roving team. This position will be responsible for providing high level of customer service to our customers in any of our soon to be, 20 locations. The territory will encompass our branch footprint; however, we prioritize utilizing our rovers in locations closest to their home. Mileage reimbursement is included in this position. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A ROVING TELLER
As a Roving Teller, you will have the opportunity to travel to many of our locations and work with different teams each week. You will also have the opportunity to be seen by many leaders at Benchmark Community Bank which often lead to growth opportunities. You cheerfully greet customers as they walk through our doors of the branch. You are the first point of contact for the majority of our customers and the first impression when a customer enters the branch. Because of your friendly and service-oriented personality, building relationships with our customers comes naturally. Our Roving Teller team is often referred to as the Super-Heros, as they often work in branches who need extra hands that day. As an ambitious learner and team member, you eagerly take on all service opportunities- from the easy going to the challenging.
QUALIFICATIONS 1
- 2 years of banking experience, preferred Flexibility to travel as needed to our different locations Excellent relationship building skills Basic math and computer skills
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with benefits. The scheduled hours are Monday- Thursday 8:30 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m., and Fridays 8:30
- 5:30 p.
Salary range:
$17.00/hr.- $22.
