What You'll Do Be the Go-To Resource Help members open and manage accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and navigate loan and credit card applications with confidence. Solve with Purpose Investigate and resolve account or loan questions with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail. Guide Financial Success Introduce members to products and services that fit their goals, empowering them to make informed financial decisions. Strengthen Relationships Spot opportunities to deepen connections and enhance the member experience. Handle with Care Process cash and negotiable items securely and accurately. Support the Team Collaborate, share knowledge, and help train teammates while contributing to a positive, inclusive culture. Stay Compliant & Confident Follow regulations and best practices to ensure every interaction meets the highest standards. • Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.28
• $23.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
