We're looking for a passionate, people-first Member Service Teller at our Headquarter branch to be the friendly face of our branch and the heartbeat of our member experience. What You'll Do Greet members with warmth and genuine interest-every interaction matters.

Handle a variety of financial transactions with precision and care.

Listen closely to uncover member needs and connect them with the right teammates.

Educate members on Summit's products and services to help them manage money more effectively.

Keep branch operations running smoothly with attention to detail and timeliness. What You Bring At least one year of customer service or sales experience.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport.

Confidence in using Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence. What to Expect A dynamic environment where you'll be on your feet, engaging with members.

Required Statement Sections Physical Demands of Position:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, and use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.

Environmental/Working Conditions:

Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required.

Equipment Used:

Computer terminal/PC, calculator, printer/copiers, telephone.
