• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist members with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Provide information on financial products and services to help members make informed decisions
• Process loan applications and assist with loan closings
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Resolve member inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate member records and update information as needed
• Promote credit union products and services to meet sales goals Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with members
• Sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of cash management procedures
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Understanding of loan processing procedures
• Basic math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately
• Knowledge of financial services and products offered by the credit union
