TELLER - PROCESSOR ABOUT US

$80 million, community bank serving Holmen, La Crosse, and Sparta. Accessible, local ownership with in-market decision-making. Focused on customer outcomes. No sales or referral goals. Relationship-driven products including rewards-based checking. Specialties include residential mortgages and small business financing.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Customer "point of contact". True banking professional, not just processing customer transactions. Responsibilities also include loan processing, digital scanning, online banking and debit card assistance, account reconciliation, etc. Collaborate with team-first culture. Flexible, daily hours (9-1, 10-2, or 10-3, M-F) in La Crosse. No Saturdays.

BENEFITS

Compensation based on work experience ranging from $18/hr to $20/hr. Elite retirement plan. Annual employer contributions are 25% of W-2 income. Eligible after 1 year. Vested after 5 years. 5 vacation days annually and rotation of "soft" federal holidays. Generous holiday pay.
