Teller Full-time Full-time | Little Chute, WI About the Role As a Teller, you'll be the face of the bank, helping customers with everyday transactions, answering questions, and managing a cash drawer with accuracy and care. You'll play a key role in creating a positive banking experience while building strong customer relationships through friendly, personalized service. By recognizing customer needs and connecting them to the right products, services, and team members, this role supports both customer success and the overall goals of the bank. What You'll Do Provide quality, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Demonstrate friendly professionalism in all customer interactions in person, over the phone, and through written communication. Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing. Process transactions received in person, by mail, and through the night depository. Verify endorsements, confirm availability of funds, and ensure compliance with bank procedures prior to disbursing cash. Receive loan payments and other customer payments, redeem savings bonds, issue money orders and official checks, and assist with account closures. Maintain and balance a cash drawer while adhering to established cash handling, security, and balancing procedures. Package currency and coin according to bank standards and maintain appropriate cash levels to support customer needs. Process coin orders and perform branch capture imaging functions. Utilize bank technology and systems to accurately complete customer transactions and documentation. Identify customer needs and refer appropriate bank products and services to support customer financial goals. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and state and federal banking regulations. Collaborate with branch team members to support operational efficiency and exceptional customer experiences. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Minimum of 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience required; previous Teller experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze requests, understand issues, and develop appropriate solutions. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems. Knowledge of loan products and banking terminology is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
