Job Description

Union Federal Savings and Loan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at our Madison office. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working in a financial services environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day banking operation while providing exceptional customer service and coordinating with various departments across the organization. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of bank teller, administrative and operational duties. Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare, review, scan, and maintain documents and records. Process forms and maintain accurate electronic and paper files. Assist with new customer onboarding and general account documentation. Support branch staff with daily operational activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Follow the instructions and guidance provided by trainers and management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative, customer service, or banking experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and software systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude. Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
