As an Area Teller Specialist, you'll provide exceptional service while helping customers complete their banking transactions accurately and efficiently. You'll support multiple branch locations within the market, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a consistent customer experience. Key Accountabilities Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.

Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions.

Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branch locations.

Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking capabilities.

Resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive banking experience.

Process transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.

Service vault, ATM, and night deposit operations as assigned.

Travel regularly to support staffing and operational needs across multiple branches within the district. Education & Experience Required High School diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.

Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations as needed. Preferred Experience supporting operations across multiple branch locations.

Experience identifying customer needs and making service or product referrals.

Familiarity with digital banking tools and customer education.
