Teller I Reports To:
Teller Supervisor or Assistant Branch Manager As a Teller I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a range of financial transactions. This is an entry-level position where you will be learning essential teller duties while maintaining accuracy, a high level of professionalism, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing transactions accurately.Verify and validate customer identification and check signatures to ensure compliance.
Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on products and services.
