Controller:

Lead the overall finance and accounting function, including financial strategy, forecasting, cash flow, and executive-level reporting Oversee core accounting operations (GL, AP, AR) and ensure accurate, timely month-end close and financial statements Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness, ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations Partner with operational leaders to improve job costing, billing accuracy, WIP/margin visibility, and KPI reporting across business lines Drive process improvement and modernization of finance systems and workflows, with a focus on automation and better visibility Requirements for the

Controller:

CPA required (active/in good standing) 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience, including oversight of GL/AP/AR and financial reporting Proven experience leading audits and strengthening internal controls in a regulated or compliance-driven environment Background in project-based, construction, service, or similar operational environments with exposure to job costing and margin/WIP concepts Experience improving financial processes and/or optimizing ERP/accounting systems to increase accuracy, speed, and visibility Whats in it for you?
