Industrial Controller - Greater Huntington, WV $80,000-$100,000 Base Salary + Yearly Bonus Comprehensive Health Benefits | Large 401(k) Match Are you an accounting professional with manufacturing cost accounting experience? Our client is looking for an Industrial Controller to partner with operations and finance leadership, driving cost analysis, inventory accuracy, and financial performance across a manufacturing facility. What You'll Do
  • Analyze product costing, inventory valuation, and gross margin performance.
  • Review Bills of Material (BOMs) and identify cost improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and reconcile production variances.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
  • Track capital expenditures and fixed assets.
  • Prepare financial reports and KPI analysis for leadership.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve financial performance.
  • Support internal and external audits while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, financial modeling, and complex formulas.
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing cost accounting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
