Job Description

An assembly and installation company that provides commercial and residential services seeking Controller to oversee financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable. Prepare quarterly/annual financial reports Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting Process payroll for companies employees. Utilizing Great Plans and Salesforce. Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations Oversee payments of all accounts; ensuring all accounts are paid on time Process accounts and collecting payments Prepare and organize financial statements for record and review

Requirements:

Candidate has 5 to 10 years of experience in field Previous experience as an accountant, accounting supervisor, or manager Great Plains software would be preferred. Salesforce experience would be a plus. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) If candidate is offered the position a background check and drug test will be completed.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
