$130,000•$150,000 Key Responsibilities Oversight of all accounting activities, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial planning and analysis Ensures accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Company Partners with outside insurance, legal, CPA firms and other business Prepares annual budget and provides monthly performance analysis Leads annual preparation of federal and state income tax returns for company Serves as key interface with project, division, cost center and subsidiary personnel, providing accounting support as needed Maintains robust internal controls in compliance with company policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements (including federal, state and local income, sales and payroll taxes) Oversight of Company ERP and accounting platforms, driving automation and process improvement as needed and opportunity arise Leads and develops the accounting team this includes hiring, performance reviews and training As a key partner this role provides strategic and executive advice as needed Minimum Requirements Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, minimum 5 years in Controller role Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
