Assistant Financial Controller This is a high-impact role supporting newly acquired businesses, offering strong visibility, leadership responsibility, and clear career progression within a global organization. If you're looking for a role where you can own reporting, influence decision-making, and help shape financial processes in a dynamic, growth-driven environment , this is worth a conversation. What You'll Do Lead monthly and year-end financial reporting , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Support and manage Accounting & Finance team members across multiple locations Provide financial analysis and insights to guide operational and strategic decisions Maintain and strengthen internal controls , including balance sheet reconciliations Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliations with key stakeholders Review weekly cash forecasts , including AR/AP and cash management activities Drive process improvements and system enhancements , especially across newly integrated acquisitions Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with associated reporting Partner with leadership on audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience CPA (or equivalent) preferred Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and reconciliations Experience with financial modeling, reporting tools, and data analysis Ability to translate financial data into business insights Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (M&A/integration exposure is a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders Why This Role?
