Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing monthly, quarterly and year-end analyses Oversee all functions of accounting including preparation of monthly financial reporting. Coordinating or assisting with the budget process Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles Job costing and Percent Completion Analysis Prepare statutory filings and ensure compliance with regulations Oversee and coordinate 401K plan, health and liability insurance and employee benefits Analyzing and reporting cost variances Serving as a liaison to external auditors Supervising accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting departments Preparing and consolidating financial statements Establishing and maintaining internal controls Managing all aspects of the general ledger

Qualifications:

Strong, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Experience with Foundation Software a plus Excellent time management & organizational skills Self-motivated, high energy and strong work ethic Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner Proven ability to learn and succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment
